Therapy & Support

Therapy and support for emotional problems can take many forms. Inpatient psychiatric care requires hospitalization. However, many conditions can be successfully managed through day treatment programs. Types of therapy include psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and group therapy. Support groups may help many, but are not considered a form of therapy.
